7 Reasons Your Family Needs the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica

Reasons Your Family Needs the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica
When it comes to selecting a family vehicle, the decision is more difficult because you have more than just yourself to think about. Selecting a vehicle that is dependable, durable, and has excellent safety features are key components. Let's explore seven reasons why the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is the ultimate family vehicle.

1. Safety

Nothing can put your mind at ease better than knowing that your family vehicle is safe. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration rated the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica an overall five-star for safety. Other safety features include child safety locks, blind spot monitor, lane departure warning, integrated turn signal mirrors, brake assist, and night vision.

2. Bluetooth Technology

While you're transporting your family, you must be safe. This means keeping your hands on the steering wheel at all times and paying attention to the traffic. The available Bluetooth and voice command technology will allow you to keep your hands on the wheel and keep your family safe.

3. Storage Space

Now that you have a family, you will need space to transport them and possibly their friends. The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica allows you to create your space, and seats up to eight passengers. It delivers the Stow 'n Go seating and storage system that lets you slide the front seats forward and access the in-floor bins. Now you have instant extra storage space without jeopardizing passenger space.

4. Designed for a Family

With a family it can be difficult to get in and out of the vehicle, especially if you have small children, and your hands are full. The 2017 Pacifica has easy tilt seating that lets passengers easily access the third row seats. You will love the hands-free sliding doors. A simple kick below the sensors will activate the sliding doors.

5. Entertainment for All

Having a family means very limited quiet drive time. The tri-pane panoramic sunroof will keep the kids connected to the outdoors and is perfect for those long road trips. The sunroof opens up almost the entire length of the roof. So now passengers in the front, middle, and third row seats can look up and savor the view. The available Uconnect theater will make sure that the entire family is entertained. The dual 10.1-inch HD touch screen with Blu-ray has wireless headphones and downloadable games and applications. Also available are 5-inch or 8.4-inch screens custom-built into the back of the front row seats.

6. In-Car Vacuum

When you have a family, there is no telling what you will find on the floors of your vehicle. But, say goodbye to crumbs and dirt. The available Stow 'n Vac is the most powerful vacuum in its division and reaches every nook and cranny for easy cleanup.

7. Noise Control

Having a family can also mean lots of noise while driving. The 2017 Pacifica delivers active noise cancellation technology that reduces unwanted sound. Remember, when you have a family, you are not buying a vehicle for yourself. Safety features are vital, but when combined with technology features, they give you a peace of mind. Also, making sure your family is comfortable and entertained are essential features to consider in a family vehicle. The 2017 Chrysler Pacific delivers all the above features and more. It is the ultimate family hauler. For more information, please visit Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid

5 Reasons Your Family Needs the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid

We're proud to introduce the country's first ever hybrid minivan: the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. With three available trim levels — the Limited, the Touring L, and the Touring Plus — there's a well-equipped Pacifica for you and your family. The Pacifica has three rows of seating and tons of cargo room, which is enough room for even the largest brood. Discover these five reasons why your family needs the new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Safety and Security The new Pacifica Hybrid is built to keep your loved ones safe with available features like a 360-degree surround view camera and forward collision warning.  Chrysler's Advanced SafetyTec Group adds dual safety features that include lane departure warning with lane keep assist. Fuel Efficiency The new hybrid minivan by Chrysler boasts an overall driving range of an astonishing 566 miles and total electric-only driving range of 33 miles. This is plenty to get you to a station when the kids distracted you from a gas detour on the way to football practice. Because the Pacifica hybrid is less dependent on gas, driving it is like giving mother nature a friendly hug. Technology Tools The Pacifica has USB ports all over the place — up to six depending on your trim level — and the Uconnect infotainment system with an 8.4-inch screen now comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With a lightning-fast 4G LTE Wi-Fi data connection, the Uconnect infotainment system has a zippier startup to go along with its intuitive software and excellent usability. Two 12-volt outlets offer enough connectivity and charging stations to keep the peace on family outings. Family-Friendly Storage Most hybrids lose a significant amount of cargo space because of their battery packs, but not the Pacifica. The innovative hybrid model offers the same 140.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the first row as the gas-powered Pacifica. The 2018 Hybrid features some of the world's smartest, redesigned stow-and-go seats that smoothly slide back and forth and are wider, flatter, and more comfortable than ever. An abundance of storage bins acts as an extension of home, conveniently stowing away all of your family's gear. Seating for Everyone This year's revolutionary Hybrid offers seating for seven, and you'll enjoy plenty of headroom in all three rows of seats. The second-row seats slide forward, making it easier for passengers to access the third row. The sliding passenger doors provide a generous opening for loading and unloading the family and groceries. This hybrid minivan has full sets of LATCH car-seat anchors for the younger kids on each of the second and third-row outboard seats. See for yourself how well the new Pacifica Hybrid fits with your family out there in the real world. Head on over to your Chrysler dealer now, and get the standard equipped 2018 Pacifica Hybrid with the MRSP starting at $39,995. With an upscale vibe and durable, high-quality materials, the Pacifica Hybrid is sure to make its way into your family members' hearts for years to come. Image via Dealeron
